Equipment specified as potentially dangerous referred to in Article 16 Paragraph 1 of the Act means the following equipment that has a specific volume exceeding the threshold specified by the central competent authority:1.Boilers;2.Pressure vessels;3.Specified high-pressure equipment;4.High-pressure vessels;5.Other potentially dangerous equipment specified and announced by the central competent authority.

本法第十六條第一項所稱具有危險性之設備，指符合中央主管機關所定一定容量以上之下列設備：
一、鍋爐。
二、壓力容器。
三、高壓氣體特定設備。
四、高壓氣體容器。
五、其他經中央主管機關指定公告具有危險性之設備。
