Enforcement Rules of the Occupational Safety and Health Act Article 22

Machinery specified as potentially dangerous referred to in Article 16 Paragraph 1 of the Act means the following machinery that has a specific volume exceeding the threshold specified by the central competent authority:1.Fixed cranes;2.Mobile cranes;3.Derrick cranes;4.Elevators for construction use;5.Lifts for construction use;6.Cradles;7.Other potentially dangerous machinery specified and announced by the central competent authority.

本法第十六條第一項所稱具有危險性之機械，指符合中央主管機關所定一定容量以上之下列機械：
一、固定式起重機。
二、移動式起重機。
三、人字臂起重桿。
四、營建用升降機。
五、營建用提升機。
六、吊籠。
七、其他經中央主管機關指定公告具有危險性之機械。
一、固定式起重機。
