Occupational Safety and Health Act Article 49

(Ⅰ)Any one of the following violations, the names of the business entities, employers, designated inspection agencies, certification bodies, monitoring agencies, medical institutions, occupational health service professional organizations, training entities, or consultation services agencies, and the names of the people in charge shall be made public. For anyone that is fined by the competent authority, the competent authority shall publicly announce the date of the disposition, violated provisions, and amount of the penalty:1.Occurrence of accidents referred to in Paragraph 2, Article 37.2.Occurrence of circumstances referred to in Articles 40 through 45, Article 47, or Article 48.3.Occurrence of occupational diseases.(Ⅱ)For any circumstances meeting the conditions of subparagraph 1 or subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph, the date and location of occurrence of the occupational accident and the number of casualties shall also be published.
