Occupational Safety and Health Act Article 50
(Ⅰ)In order to enhance employers and workers’ knowledge of occupational safety and health and to promote the development of occupational safety and health culture, the Central Competent Authority may stipulate regulations regarding rewards or subsidies to encourage business entities and related groups for implementation.(Ⅱ)Municipalities, county or city governments, and government authorities in charge of subject industries shall actively promote occupational safety and health work; the Central Competent Authority may stipulate regulations for performance evaluations and rewards.

為提升雇主及工作者之職業安全衛生知識，促進職業安全衛生文化之發展，中央主管機關得訂定獎勵或補助辦法，鼓勵事業單位及有關團體辦理之。
