本標準修正條文，除中華民國一百零三年六月二十六日修正發布之條文，自一百零三年七月三日施行；一百零三年十二月二十二日修正發布之條文，自一百零四年一月一日施行；一百十一年五月十一日修正發布之第二十二條及第三十八條自發布後一年施行外，自發布日施行。
