Regulations Governing the Registration of Safety Information for Machinery, Equipment and Tools Article 6

For those that do not comply with the registration requirements mentioned in the Article 5, the central competent authority may request corrective actions be taken by the applicant within a certain time limit. Where the corrective actions are not taken, the application shall be denied.The total time period for correction mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed 60 days, except for special cases approved by the central competent authority.
