Law:: Enforcement Rules of the Labor Pension Act

The Bureau in implementing Article 5 and Article 34 of the Act shall comply with final account book keeping requirements, submit a final accounting report, and shall also submit the following documents to the BLF on a monthly basis for the Central Competent Authority to review and record:1. Statistical records showing the total sum of payment units, total number of payees, and total sum of wage payments.2. Statistical record of disbursed pension payments.3. Statistical record of acquired pension account payments.4. Other documents required by the Central Competent Authority.

中文原文勞工退休金條例施行細則第44條

勞保局辦理本條例第五條及第三十四條規定事項之執行情形，應配合決算編製相關規定，擬具決算報告，並按月將下列書表送基金運用局彙整，報請中央主管機關備查：
一、提繳單位數、提繳人數、提繳工資統計表。
二、退休金核發統計表。
三、退休金收支會計報表。
四、其他經中央主管機關規定之文件。
