Enforcement Rules of the Labor Pension Act Article 34
The sum of the dividends accrued by the time a worker, his/her survivors(s), or designated person(s) applies for pension payment, in addition to the dividends that have already been allocated into the pension account, and dividends from any remaining unallocated periods, will be allocated according to the nearest monthly rate of return announced by the BLF to calculate dividends up to the month when the application is submitted.The rate of return mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be calculated to the fourth digit after the decimal point.

勞工或其遺屬或指定請領人申請退休金時之累積收益金額，除已分配入專戶之收益外，尚未分配期間之收益，以申請當月基金運用局公告最近月份之收益率，計算至申請當月止。
