Regulations for the Implementation of Annuity Insurance under the Labor Pension Act Article 3
The competent authority of these Regulations shall be the Ministry of Labor, Executive Yuan.The terms "insurance authority" referred to in these Regulations shall mean the competent authority provided in the Insurance Act.
