Regulations for the Implementation of Annuity Insurance under the Labor Pension Act Article 2
Business entities shall implement annuity insurance under the Act (hereinafter "the Insurance") in accordance with these Regulations. Matters not provided in these Regulations shall be governed by other laws and regulations.The insurers, insurance solicitors, insurance agents and insurance brokers shall engage in and perform the Insurance business in accordance with these Regulations. Matters not provided in these Regulations shall be governed by other laws and regulations.

事業單位實施勞工退休金條例年金保險（以下簡稱本保險），應依本辦法規定，本辦法未規定者，依其他法令規定。
