The terms "insurance enterprise" referred to in these Regulations shall mean the organization engaging in personal insurance business under Paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the Insurance Act.The terms "insurance agent," "insurance solicitor," and "insurance broker" referred to in these Regulations shall mean those provided in Article 8, Article 8-1 and Article 9 of the Insurance Act.
