Labor Insurance Act Article 35
Ordinary injury or sickness benefits shall be payable at the rate of fifty percent of the average monthly insurance salary of an insured person, and payable once every half month for the maximum period of six months, provided that such benefits shall be payable for an additional six months in case the insured person has at least one year of insurance coverage prior to the occurrence of the injury or sickness.

普通傷害補助費及普通疾病補助費，均按被保險人平均月投保薪資半數發給，每半個月給付一次，以六個月為限。
但傷病事故前參加保險之年資合計已滿一年者，增加給付六個月。
