In case an insured person is not receiving salary payment on account of occupational injury or disease incurred on duty for which he is receiving medical treatment, he shall be paid occupational injury or disease compensation beginning from the fourth day on which he is incapacitated for work. The List of Occupational Diseases is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.The Regulations for examining injury or sickness incurred on duty shall be prescribed by the competent central authority.
