Labor Insurance Act Article 36
Occupational injury or disease compensation shall be payable at the rate of seventy percent of the average monthly insurance salary of an insured person, and payable every half month for the maximum period of six months. In case the insured person has not recovered from the injury or disease after one year, the compensation shall be reduced to fifty percent of the average monthly insurance salary for the maximum period of one year.

職業傷害補償費及職業病補償費，均按被保險人平均月投保薪資百分之七十發給，每半個月給付一次；如經過一年尚未痊癒者，其職業傷害或職業病補償費減為平均月投保薪資之半數，但以一年為限。
