Regulations for Decision on the Unfair Labor Practices Article 28
The Chair of the Board shall convene a board meeting within seven days when the board members made the fact-finding report.The Board shall notify the parties to make oral statements during the hearing procedures in accordance with the final part of Paragraph 1 to Article 46 of the Act. If necessary, the Board may also notify concerned persons to make their statements.Before the Board proceeds to conduct the hearing procedures referred to in the preceding paragraph, it shall set the hearing date and make a hearing notification including the time, day and place. The notification shall be sent to the parties and concerned persons.

主任裁決委員應於裁決委員作成調查報告後七日內，召開裁決委員會。
裁決委員會應依本法第四十六條第一項後段規定，通知當事人以言詞陳述意見進行詢問程序。
必要時得通知相關人員陳述意見。
裁決委員會進行前項詢問程序前，應訂定詢問期日，並製作詢問通知書，記載到場之日、時及處所，送達於當事人及相關人員。
