Regulations for Administration of Tourist Hotel Enterprises Article 43
Tourist hotels shall issue uniforms and easily identifiable badges for their employees.Tourist hotel employees shall wear uniforms and badges bearing their names or code numbers when working and may not engage in any of the following conduct:1. Acting as sexual service agents, finding dance partners or escorts for hotel guests or engaging in conduct in violation of social decency2. Stealing or embezzling hotel guests’ property3. Defrauding hotel guests4. Demanding hotel guests for extra charges5. Conducting foreign currency exchange privately
中文原文 觀光旅館業管理規則第43條
觀光旅館業對其僱用之人員，應製發制服及易於識別之胸章。
前項人員工作時，應穿著制服及佩帶有姓名或代號之胸章，並不得有下列行為：
一、代客媒介色情、代客僱用舞伴或從事其他妨害善良風俗行為。
二、竊取或侵占旅客財物。
三、詐騙旅客。
四、向旅客額外需索。
五、私自兌換外幣。
