Tourist hotels shall conduct proper personnel management, record personnel changes and assure their employees abide by these Regulations.Tourist hotels shall pay their employees reasonable salaries and wages; shares of tips may not be regarded part of employees’ pay.

觀光旅館業對其僱用之人員，應嚴加管理，隨時登記其異動，並對本規則規定人員應遵守之事項負監督責任。
