Regulations Governing Tour Guides Article 32

If an organization or institution that has been commissioned to conduct pre-service training and on-the-job training of tour guides violates the requirements of the preceding Article, the Tourism Administration may make a correction and give notice of a time limit for making improvement; if the organization or institution fails to make the improvement within the specified time, its commission shall be terminated, and it may not participate in selection for commissioned training within two years thereafter.

受委託辦理導遊人員職前訓練及在職訓練之機關、團體違反前條規定者，交通部觀光署得予糾正並通知限期改善；屆期未改善者，廢止其委託，並於二年內不得參與委託訓練之甄選。
