Organizations or institutions that have been commissioned to conduct pre-service training and on-the-job training of tour guides shall implement training programs as approved by the Tourism Administration, and within ten (10) days of the conclusion of the training shall submit a report to the Tourism Administration setting out the performance of the trainees and the numbers of graduates and withdrawals.

受委託辦理導遊人員職前訓練及在職訓練之機關、團體應依交通部觀光署核定之訓練計畫實施，並於結訓後十日內將受訓人員成績、結訓及退訓人數列冊陳報交通部觀光署備查。
