Regulations Governing the Formulation, Deliberation and Administration of Hot Spring Area Management Plans Article 2
A hot spring area management plan as referred to in these Regulations means a plan for the management of hot spring resources and land use at hot-spring outflows, hot-spring wells, and their surrounding areas, formulated for the purpose of efficiently utilizing hot spring resources, with the simultaneous aims of sustainably managing hot springs, promoting tourism, and assisting the development of health-enhancement and life-enhancement industries.Such a plan shall be operative for a term of ten years.

本辦法所稱之溫泉區管理計畫，係指為有效利用溫泉資源，在兼顧溫泉之永續經營、促進觀光及輔助復健養生事業發展目的下，於溫泉露頭、溫泉孔及其周邊地區，就溫泉資源與土地利用及管理所擬訂之計畫。
前項計畫年期為十年。
