Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 58
A travel agency that has been required to forfeit its guarantee deposit by the court or an administrative enforcement agency shall submit funds to make up the required amount of the guarantee deposit and improve its business operations in accordance with item 1 to item 5 of sub-paragraph 2, Paragraph 1 of Article 12 within fifteen days from the date on which notification from the Tourism Administration is received.

旅行業繳納之保證金為法院或行政執行機關強制執行後，應於接獲交通部觀光署通知之日起十五日內依第十二條第一項第二款第一目至第五目規定之金額繳足保證金，並改善業務。
