Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 57
When handling inbound or outbound procedures and visa applications on behalf of clients, a consolidated travel agencies or Class-A travel agency shall arrange the safekeeping of certificates and documents of the clients. These documents shall be returned to the clients upon the completion of required procedures.In the event of loss of the certificates and documents indicated in the preceding paragraph, the travel agency shall submit a report along with other related documents to the Tourism Administration within twenty-four hours.

綜合旅行業、甲種旅行業代客辦理出入國或簽證手續，應妥慎保管其各項證照，並於辦妥手續後即將證件交還旅客。
前項證照如有遺失，應於二十四小時內檢具報告書及其他相關文件向外交部領事事務局、警察機關或交通部觀光署報備。
