Regulations Governing Travel Agencies Article 49
A consolidated travel agency or Class-A travel agency shall strengthen the supervision and management of the tour managers it assigns or hires, and shall not allow them to engage in tour managing business for a non-travel-service operator.Examinees passing the examination and training and acquiring their Tour manager licenses are required to carry out tour guiding work for the recommending travel agency only. They may not be employed by other travel agencies or recruited by government agencies or institutions to execute tour guiding work.

綜合旅行業、甲種旅行業，應督導與管理其僱用經外語領隊人員專用制評量及訓練合格，領取執業證人員，僅得為其執行領隊業務，不得受其他旅行業之僱用或指派，執行領隊業務。
