Regulations for the Management of Home Stay Facilities Article 12

Historic sites, historic buildings, monuments, building clusters, and buildings or facilities in cultural landscape areas that are used as home stay facilities after renovation in accordance with Article 26 or 64 of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act, or laws and orders under its authorization, are not bound by restrictions in Articles 5 and 6.When operators of home stay facilities that comply with the preceding paragraph and apply for registration according to the preceding article, the documentation specified in Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph 1 of the same article is not required.
