Meteorological Act Article 27
Any unauthorized act of occupying, breaking or moving land or facility for weather observations or hindering the functions thereof shall be liable for prosecution in case of criminal violation, and the offender or their employer shall be notified and bear the responsibility for restoring said land or facility to original condition, or repaying repair costs, or paying damages.

擅自占用、損壞或移動氣象觀測用地或設施或有妨害其效用之行為者，除涉及刑責應依法移送偵辦外，並應通知行為人或其雇用人負責回復原狀，或償還修復費用，或依法賠償。
