Meteorological Act Article 26
The CWA shall be the agency to levy the fines of violating this Act except for the violation of Article 22.All fines shall be paid within the specified time frame. Any deferred fine payment shall be transferred for compulsory enforcement in accordance with the related law.

本法所定之罰鍰，除第二十二條規定者外，由中央氣象局處罰。
依本法所處之罰鍰，經限期繳納，屆期仍不繳納者，依法移送強制執行。
