Each flight crew seat shall be fitted with a safety harness. The safety harness for each pilot seat shall incorporate a device which will automatically restrain the flight crew’s torso in the event of rapid deceleration.The cabin crew seat in a passenger-carrying airplane shall be fitted with a safety harness for the use of each cabin crew member, and be able to fulfil the requirement in respect to emergency evacuation.The cabin crew seat stated in the preceding paragraph shall be mounted near a required floor level emergency exit.An operator shall ensure that a seat or berth with safety belt is provided to each occupant who has reached his or her second birthday, for the use of whom during the take-off, landing and enroute phases.The child restraint system shall be approved by CAA or other states authorities.
