Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 102
Aircraft compartment interiors, such as ceiling panels, wall panels, partitions, floor covering, textiles (including draperies and upholstery), seat cushions, padding, decorative and non-decorative coated fabrics, and furnishings, shall be tested and certified for the capabilities of fire blocking and resistantance by CAA designated agencies or organizations, except for those has been approved by the state of design where the standards are accepted by CAA.

航空器內部裝潢，如天花板、壁飾、幃幕、窗簾、地毯及坐墊、椅套、棚架等，其防火及耐火功能應經民航局委託之機關、團體檢定合格。
但經民航局認可之航空器設計國民航主管機關檢定合格者，不在此限。
