Regulations Governing the Certification for Aviation Products, Appliances and Parts Article 48
An applicant for an experimental certificate must submit the following information to the CAA:1) The purpose for which the aircraft is to be used.2) Enough data (such as photographs) to identify the aircraft.3) Any pertinent information necessary to safeguard the general public.4) An execution plan which includes:(a) The purpose of the experiment;(b) The estimated time or number of flights required for the experiment;(c) The areas over which the experiment will be conducted; and(d) Three-view drawings or three-view dimensioned photographs of the aircraft.

試驗類特種適航證書申請人，應檢附申請書與下列資料及執行計畫送民航局辦理：
一、航空器用途。
二、航空器識別資料。
三、與維護公共安全有關之資訊。
四、執行計畫，其內容應包括下列事項：
（一）執行目的。
（二）預估飛航時數或架次。
（三）執行場地及空域。
（四）航空器之三視圖。
