When there is a FSTD’s missing, malfunctioning, or inoperative (MMI) component that is discovered by training or maintenance personnels using the FSTD, such MMI shall be recorded on paper or by electronic method.A list of MMI prescribed in the previous paragraph shall be readily available in or adjacent to the FSTD for ease of review by users of such device.
