Regulations Governing the Certification and Management of Flight Simulation Training Devices Article 14
A FSTD preflight functional check shall be performed daily before its use by MR and shall be recorded. Notwithstanding the FSTD has not been used for a period of seven consecutive days, the preflight functional check shall still be performed.
