Rules of the Air Article 20
Nothing in these rules shall relieve the pilot-in-command of an aircraft from the responsibility of taking such action, including collision avoidance maneuvers based on resolution advisories provided by ACAS equipment, as will best avert collision.An aircraft shall not be operated in such proximity to other aircraft as to create a collision hazard.

航空器飛航於各類空域或在機場活動區作業時，機長均應保持警覺，以偵測潛在之碰撞，並應採取最佳之避撞措施，包括依據空中防撞系統之避讓警示所建議之避讓行動。
