Rules of the Air Article 19
The operation of an aircraft entering or within the ADIZ shall be in compliance with the ADIZ regulations.An aircraft entering or within controlled airspace shall be equipped with a two-way radio and an ATC transponder except under conditions prescribed by the CAA.

航空器進入或飛航於防空識別區時，應遵守防空識別規定。
航空器進入或飛航於管制空域時，應具備與航管單位溝通之雙向無線電及航管雷達迴波器。
但經民航局核准者，不在此限。
