Individuals and vehicles shall be permitted to enter or exit the FTZ upon presentation of an access permit or pass granted by the Management Authority, followed by successful completion of inspection by police or security guards of the Operational Office at the FTZ entrance.Technological facilities, plus related management measures, may be applied to complete the inspection referred to in the preceding paragraph.

入出自由港區之人員及車輛應憑管理機關核發之入出許可證或通行證，並接受警察人員或營運機構保全人員檢查後，始得入出自由港區。
