Regulations Governing Entry, Departure and Inhabitation in Free Trade Zones Article 13

The Management Authority may commission police departments or the Operational Offices in FTZs to undertake the following tasks:1. Accepting, reviewing, issuing, handling the loss of, producing, canceling, and collecting long-term access permits or passes for the personnel or vehicles referred to in Articles 4 and 6 to 9, and charging the government fees referred to in Article 45 of the Act.2. Accepting, reviewing and issuing of temporary access permits or passes, as referred to in Article 5.The Management Authority may commission the activities of accepting and reviewing the application for residence in the FTZs, as referred to in Article 2, to the Operational Office.In the case of the circumstances referred to in the preceding two paragraphs, the Management Authority shall announce the matter commissioned and the legal basis thereof, and publish the same information in the Government Gazette.
