Regulations Governing Entry, Departure and Inhabitation in Free Trade Zones Article 12
Holders with the following approved documentation can access designated locations as follows:1. Airport access permits holders providing ground handling services engaging in hauling pallets and containers shall be admitted to enter and exit the operational zone of the airport FTZ with connections to the exclusive passage to airport aprons.2. Customs brokers holding approved documentation issued by the Operational Office shall be admitted to enter and exit inspection zones of cargo terminals in the FTZs.

持有下列相關許可放行文件者，得入出空港自由港區之指定地點：
一、持有機場通行工作證之從事拖運盤櫃貨物之航空站地勤業作業人員，得入出空港自由港區連接機坪專用道路之作業區域。
二、持有營運機構核發陪驗證明文件之報關人員，得入出自由港區之貨櫃（物）集散站驗貨區域。
