Regulations for Managing Skippers of Yachts and Power-Driven Small Ships Article 13

Learners of yachts or private powerboats less than 24 meters long shall be guided by people with a second-class yacht master’s license or business powerboat master’s license on board.Learners of private powerboats referred to in the preceding paragraph shall learn to drive private powerboats in waters and at the time designated by the local water authority.Learners of yachts or private powerboats shall abide by the regulations governing navigation safety in waters.
