The Ship Registration Law Article 39
In case the information in every item of article 36, or the port of registry, or the ship managing person is altered, an application for a collateral registration shall be made, enclosing the Certificate of Proprietorship Registration.For the aforesaid case, if such ship has been registered with a mortgage or leasehold, the application shall attach the letter of consent of the obligee.

第三十六條所載各款或船籍港、船舶經理人有變更時，均應檢具所有權登記證書，申請附記登記。
前項情形，如該船舶已登記有抵押權或租賃權時，應取具該登記權利人之承諾字據，連同申請書一併附送。
