Punishments for the master or deck officer of a ship as stipulated in this Law are applicable to acting masters, deck officers, or other persons assuming their duty.Acting master, deck officer, or a person performing his duties who violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be punished in accordance with Article 89 to Article 94, Article 98, or Article 99.This Law deals with the owner of the ship in Article 8, Article 8-1, Article 10-1, Article 11-1, Article 28-3, Article 30-1, Article 34-1, Paragraph 3 of Article 52, Paragraph 2 of Article 59, Article 70, and Paragraph 2 of Article 74 shall be applicable to the charterer of the ship.Any charterer of ship who violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be punished in accordance with Article 89, Article 89-1, Article 90, Paragraph 1 of Article 91, Article 97, Article 98, or Article 99.

中文原文船舶法第100條

本法關於船長或駕駛之規定，於代理船長、駕駛或執行其職務者準用之。
代理船長、駕駛或執行其職務者，違反前項準用規定者，依第八十九條至第九十四條、第九十八條或第九十九條規定處罰。
本法關於船舶所有人於第八條、第八條之一、第十條之一、第十一條之一、第二十八條之三、第三十條之一、第三十四條之一、第五十二條第三項、第五十九條第二項、第七十條、第七十四條第二項規定，於船舶租用人準用之。
船舶租用人違反前項準用規定者，依第八十九條、第八十九條之一、第九十條、第九十一條第一項、第九十七條、第九十八條或第九十九條規定處罰。
