Rules Governing Seafarer Professional Training Organizations Article 6
After completing training, professional organizations shall submit the letter of approval of plans for seafarer training, the summary of scores of trainees and related certificates to the shipping administration authority for future reference.For preparatory training, onshore promotion training and competency evaluation and enhanced training, a certificate of conformity shall be issued by professional organizations. For professional training, a certificate of conformity shall be issued by the shipping administration authority.

專業機構完成各項訓練開班施訓後，應檢送訓練計畫核准函、參訓學員成績彙總表及相關證明等文件，報請航政機關備查。
養成訓練、岸上晉升訓練及適任性評估、補強訓練之合格證明文件，由專業機構核發。
但專業訓練合格證書由航政機關核發。
