Seafarer's Service Regulations Article 68
With regard to any omission, error, or change of an item recorded in the Seafarer Service Book, the seafarer shall submit relevant documents to the Maritime Administration to request correction. The seafarer shall not reject the Maritime Administration’s notification requiring the seafarer to submit the Seafarer Service Book for direct correction.
