The Appointed Actuary and reviewing actuary shall handle signing and review services in accordance with insurance laws and relevant principles on actuarial practice.The actuarial practices principles referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be developed by domestic actuarial societies (associations) or other relevant units designated or commissioned by the FSC.

簽證精算人員及複核精算人員應依保險法令及相關之精算實務處理原則，辦理各項簽證及複核業務。
