Regulations Governing Postal Simple Life Insurance Operations Article 17
Chunghwa Post shall submit its insurance product filing to the FSC for approval within the limits that the FSC sets forth.In the event that a filing as mentioned in the preceding paragraph is still under review by the FSC or the FSC has requested Chunghwa Post to make additions or revisions to a filing, and the total number of such products has exceeded the limit set by the FSC, the filing will be returned without review by the FSC.

中華郵政公司應於金管會規定之送審限額內，將保險商品報請金管會核准。
前項採核准方式送審之保險商品，尚未經金管會審查完竣或經金管會要求限期補正尚未完成補正，其件數合計逾金管會規定限額者，金管會不予審查其新送審之保險商品。
