Regulations Governing Investment of Postal Savings in Bonds, Bills and Notes Article 4
The upper limit of investments on domestic and foreign bonds, bills and notes made by Postal savings are as follows:1. Investment made on bonds, bills and notes other than government bonds, treasury bills and certificates of deposit by the Central Bank of China may not exceed 20% of postal savings.2. Investment made on bonds, bills and notes issued, accepted or guaranteed by an individual financial institute may not exceed 30% of the net value of the said financial institute.3. Investment made on bonds issued by an individual company or public enterprise may not exceed 10% of the actual capitalization of the said company , whereas investment made on bonds issued by a public enterprise may not exceed 30% of the actual capitalization of the said public enterprise.

郵政儲金投資國內外債券及票券之限額如下：
一、我國政府發行之公債、國庫券及中央銀行定期存單以外之債券、票券投資總額不得超過郵政儲金百分之二十。
二、對每一金融機構發行、承兌或保證之債券、票券投資總額不得超過該金融機構淨值百分之三十。
三、對每一公司發行之債券投資總額不得超過該公司實收資本額百分之十。
但對每一公營事業機構發行之債券投資總額為不得超過該公營事業機構實收資本額百分之三十。
