Regulations Governing Investment of Postal Savings in Bonds, Bills and Notes Article 5
Postal savings may not be invested in corporate bonds, bills or notes issued by a company where the person-in-charge of Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Chunghwa Post) serves as a board director, corporate supervisor or manager, with the exception of the following cases:1. Corporate bonds guaranteed by banks.2. Bills and notes guaranteed or accepted by banks.3. Negotiable certificates of deposit issued by banks.

郵政儲金不得投資於中華郵政股份有限公司（以下簡稱中華郵政公司）負責人擔任董事、監察人或經理人之公司所發行之公司債或票券。
但下列情形不在此限：
一、經銀行保證之公司債。
二、經銀行保證或承兌之票券。
三、銀行發行之可轉讓定期存單。
但下列情形不在此限：
一、經銀行保證之公司債。
