Railway Act Article 56-2
Railway institutions shall take responsibility to inspect and repair railway locomotives and vehicles.The rules of category, methods, items and periods, usage regulations and other relevant matters of aforementioned inspect and repair of railway locomotives and vehicles shall be provided by the MOTC.
