Act Governing Retirement of and Bereavement Compensation for Employees of Post and Telecommunications Enterprises under the MOTC Article 9
Once certified by a hospital above the district-hospital level, those who are subject to compulsory retirement in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 and have recovered from injuries and illnesses, as well as been in good health and competent for the job, may apply for reinstatement. Their original serving agency may investigate the recovery from their injury and illness, and notify the reinstatement.Those who are permitted to reinstate according to the preceding Paragraph shall be subject to severance when they are found to be incompetent to perform their own duties or other equivalent jobs.

依第七條規定命令退休之人員，傷病痊癒，身體健全，堪以勝任工作，經地區醫院以上之醫院證明屬實者，得申請復用，並得由其原服務機構調查其傷病痊癒情形，通知復用。
前項准予復用人員，經發現不能從事本職工作，亦無法擔任其他相當工作時，應予命令退職。
