Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 4
The organization of a natural gas enterprise shall be a company limited by shares incorporated following the Company Act.A person who does not have Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality shall not be a promoter, director, or supervisor of a natural gas enterprise.
