Regulations Governing Commission of Commodity Inspection Operations Article 21
If the commission contract for commodity certification activities is not renewed, the certification body may not accept any certification applications within one month prior to the expiry of the contract. All pending certification applications that have been accepted by the certification body shall be completed prior to the expiry of the contract.

驗證機構未續行簽訂商品驗證業務委託契約者，於契約期間屆滿前一個月內，不得受理驗證案件；前已受理之驗證案件，應於契約期間屆滿前辦理完竣。
