Regulations Governing Commission of Commodity Inspection Operations Article 20
If the routine surveillance assessments conducted by the BSMI toward the certification body according to Paragraph 1 of Article 18 have shown the conformity with the requirements of this Regulations, the BSMI may continuously negotiate the price and enter into the commission contract for commodity certification activities with the certification body two months prior to the expiration date of the contract.
